Eugenie Stockmann – Eugenie’s breadth and depth of knowledge and experience of community building and living gives her a profound and deep understanding of how to deliver these projects successfully. She founded Green Fabric, a social enterprise which facilitates and promotes sustainable community building and living. She is well known for the two multi-award winning projects she completed in the suburb of Lathlain (WA) – Genesis and The Siding, and thoroughly enjoys living in this community. She was recently appointed as CEO of Co-operation Housing, a registered community housing provider for the housing co-operative sector. Eugenie was instrumental in bringing together this team of experts who are passionate about the co-operative housing model, and about housing affordability. Anthony Rizzacasa – a Senior Development Manager with North Point Property Group, Anthony aims to deliver genuine affordable housing. His approach to affordable housing is innovative and he explores shared equity potentials as well as utilizing community land trusts for example. Prior to this he was the Director of Property Development with Access Housing Australia Ltd. He operates in the apartment market and has experience with delivering multi-storey buildings. More…

Melinda Marshall – is a senior town planner with 12+ years of experience in undertaking a variety of strategic and statutory projects, including urban design guidelines, structure planning, subdivision, development assessment and advocacy. She brings to the team her knowledge and experience of planning for a range of different development types, such as renewable energy, mixed use, aged person and affordable dwelling projects. Melinda currently works for Elton Consulting (formerly known as Whelans than Veris). Prior to that she worked in the Strategic Planning Section of the Town of Claremont,  and as a Planner for the design firm HASSELL. She has also provided contract planning services to the Shire of Gingin and Main Roads WA. More…

Sid Thoo – Sid Thoo is an architect and educator with a passion for designing more sustainable and eco-effective buildings. He studied architecture at the University of Western Australia and graduated with Honours. In addition to running his own architectural practice from 2016-2017 he was a Clinical Professional Fellow at Curtin University, teaching in the areas of professional practice, architectural technology and sustainable building design. He has served on various boards, technical committees and advisory groups including for the City of Vincent and the WA Government Public Utilities Office. He is a NatHERS accredited assessor and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects.
